Our holiday cottage «La maison d'Emile » is situated in Chozeau in the north of Isère (30 km from Lyons, 70 km from Grenoble, 15 km from Saint Exupéry airport and 5 km from the lovely medieval city of Crémieu). It is an ideal base either to relax and explore the countryside or for sports or cultural activities.

This 3 épis at "Gîtes de France" holiday cottage can sleep up to 8 people (110 m2). It is open all year round.

The holiday cottage sleeps up to 8 people in 4 separate bedrooms (3 upstairs). Each one has two single beds which can be joined to make a double bed. They are spacious and comfortable, equipped with big cupboards, a desk, and quality mattresses. They also offer the quiet of the countryside. You may bring your own sheets, pillow cases and quilt covers. However, you can also rent them for 8€ per week and per bed..

The kitchen

Living room and kitchen

The main room has an American style kitchen which opens on the sitting-room. It is equipped with a dishwasher, a fridge with freezer, and two ovens (traditional and microwave). The house is heated thanks to a heat pump.

2 bathrooms and 2 toilets

Each floor has its own bathroom and independent toilets. One bathroom is equipped with a bath and the other one has a shower. You can bring your own towels. However, you can rent them for 4€/person/week.

The garden

It is fenced and spacious (400m2) and it has a 40 m2 terrace in front of the entrance. Facing south-west it will enable you to have nice barbecues. It is also a secure outdoor playground as there is no access to the road.

A covered garage closed by an automatic gate for your cars is next to this garden with a direct access to the entrance of this cottage. At the end of the garage there is a playroom with a table-tennis table and table football.
